Attention boy’s basketball players – Open Gym will start tomorrow.  Please meet in the high school gym at 7:30 pm.


Middle School Students......The PTO will once again be hosting a Halloween dance from 8-10 on the night of October 25th.  Permission forms will be available as the date draws near.  Start planning your costume now as there will be prizes for the best ones!!


The art club meeting for today is cancelled.  Please turn your t-shirt money in by the end of the day.


There will be a senior class meeting today, during lunch, in Ms. Kilian’s room.  All students must attend.  You will be discussing the senior class trip and voting on graduation items.


Attention Seniors - your senior superlative votes are due November 1st.  Please turn them in to Taylor Adel, Lindsey Alderden, or Mrs. Smits ASAP.  Your senior picture, baby picture, quote, and involvement are due December 1st.  Please turn them in to Breann Gorsuch or Mrs. Smits ASAP.


Reminder to fall athletes:  please stop in the office to purchase your tickets for the banquet.  All tickets must be purchased by 3:30 tomorrow.  Athlete tickets are $5 and all other tickets are $10.


Today, for lunch, we will be having Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, a dinner roll, a rice Krispy treat, fruit and garden bar. The high school alternate choice is a chicken strip wrap.  Tuesday’s breakfast will consist of a cereal bowl pack or fruity flatbread, a yogurt cup, fruit, and juice.

NHS will have a mandatory meeting today, at lunch, in Mrs. Ladron's room.

Seniors - A reminder that there will be a Financial Aid meeting tonight in the cafeteria at 6:30 pm.  Please see Mrs. Medema with any questions regarding this event. 


There will be a middle school Student Council meeting today, during lunch, in Mrs. Kohlbeck’s room.


The High School Science Club will begin selling Cherry Berry every Wednesday at lunch-beginning today in the cafeteria!  Any middle school or high school student can purchase a cup or sandwich for $2.  This week's flavors will be: Sea salt caramel or Watermelon sorbet in a cup and Toasted marshmallow or Vanilla in a chocolate cookie sandwich.


Attention Girls Basketball Players: The will be a salesman from Badger Sporting Goods in the cafeteria today, during your lunch period, fitting any girls interested in purchasing basketball shoes for the upcoming season.  If you have any questions please stop and see Mr. Kaufman.


There will be a meeting during lunch today in Miss DuPont's room for those interested or wanting to learn more about our school trips abroad. We want to get an idea of who is interested and where we would want to go in the summer of 2019. Please stop by even if you are not sure.

There will be a meeting during lunch tomorrow in Miss DuPont's room for those interested or wanting to learn more about our school trips abroad. We want to get an idea of who is interested and where we would want to go in the summer of 2019. Please stop by even if you are not sure.


There will be an FCCLA meeting after school today. Anyone interested in being in FCCLA this year must come to the meeting to plan the year.  After school snacks will be provided.

Seniors, The Kohl Excellence Scholarship application is in the office.  One hundred graduating seniors will receive $1,000 grants from the Kohl Foundation. Randolph High School is able to nominate one senior. If you plan on enrolling in a postsecondary institution, you are eligible for consideration.  The application is due back in the office by October 20. Stop in the office to pick up an application or if you have any questions.


Any junior or senior interested in applying to the Advance College of Cosmetology, an admissions representative will be here October 20th.  Please see Mrs. Medema for a pass. 


Students that will be attending the Haunted Forest at Schuster’s Farm must stop by Ms. DuPont to pick up a permission slip.  You will be leaving at 4:30 on Friday, October 20th.

Are you interested in joining the Cambria-Friesland/Pardeeville/Randolph/Rio HS & MS Wrestling Co-op?

If you are interested in participating in high school or middle school wrestling, there will be a preseason meeting for all parents and student-athletes on Monday, November 6th at 6:30pm. The meeting will take place at Cambria-Friesland High School in the school library. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Coach Jared at napralla@rio.k12.wi.us or Coach Mootz at mootz@rio.k12.wi.us


Today, for lunch, we will be having chicken alfredo with a twist, broccoli, roasted garbanzo beans, fruit and garden bar. The high school alternate choice is a cheese pizza.  Wednesday’s breakfast will consist of a cereal bowl or toast, jelly, yogurt cup, and fruit.

Congratulations to the cross country team finishing 7th overall this past Thursday lead by Colt Wentland in 5th, Lucas Miller in 13th and Dalton Fuller in 21st. These three boys all received All Conference honors. The entire team had a fantastic performance and should be extremely proud of their season, especially since it is the first program since 1978 in Randolph. 


There will be an FCCLA meeting after school on Tuesday, October 17. Anyone interested in being in FCCLA this year must come to the meeting to plan the year.  After school snacks will be provided.

Attention all middle school and high school students:  once you have gone outside over the lunch hour, you must stay outside until 11:50.  This is whether you leave in your car or you are out playing on the school grounds.  There is no early entry, you must wait until 11:50.


A reminder for choir students interested in purchasing a sweatshirt your money and form are due today.


Attention all middle school students:  last call for any students that would be interested in doing Forensics this year.  You must stop in the office and sign up by 3:30 today.

Want to save up to 3 lives?  You only have 1 day left to do it.  If you are 16 or older, you must sign up with Mrs. Ladron by 3:30 p.m. tomorrow.  No student walk-ins will be allowed.  There will be a sweet treat for all who try.  Please, help the American Red Cross and make someone else's life better!


Attention all staff and students:  it is important that we get an accurate lunch count to the kitchen as the last several days we have had more students eat than have signed up.  Teachers, please remember to submit your lunch counts.  Students, you must raise your hand if you are planning on taking hot lunch.  If you didn’t raise your hand, please don’t go through the lunch line until everyone else that signed up for lunch has gone through.
